Shipping Policy

All physical ChronoQuest Cases orders are sent using Royal Mail 1st Class.

Orders placed before 3:00pm will be dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after 3:00pm will be dispatched on the following working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, it will be handed over to Royal Mail for delivery. Delivery times may vary depending on Royal Mail’s service.

You will receive confirmation when your order has been dispatched.

Please note that dispatch times may occasionally be affected by weekends, bank holidays or circumstances outside of our control.
